Hi, Mrs. Mac,
very interesting.
First time ever I've heard about geranium in the herb garden. Any reason for that?
I love my geraniums, but have then just for joy and display.

My two mint plants are trying to take over more and more space in my herb garden.
I friend gave me the advice to dig a deep stone fence to avoid the roots from spreading.
I have only half succeeded.
I wish the snails were not so in love with basil. They seem to prefer that to any other plant in my herb garden.

I thin you've made a thorough and most inspiring plan for your garden.

Felisol, the flowers are to enjoy by the bees, bring fragrance & beauty too & help with pollination. Marigolds supposedly help ward off certain types of insects if planted in the veggie garden. I've added potatoes to the list as well. Idaho is King of the potato growing states :)
