Mr. H. I can't believe how many sunchokes were under one plant. I am going to have such an abundance if I can store them properly. I was surprised the voles didn't eat them!:)
What a pleasure to view these pictures of wholesomeness. (I struggled to find the word to describe the feeling they evoked....) They quiet and calm my spirit as I view them.
Lovely pics....I especially enjoyed the pile of fresh veggies!!
I have not dug the sunchokes yet -- I was waiting for our first week or so of cold weather and a frost. I have heard its best to dig them after a frost but don't really know why. lol

I'm so glad it finally stopped raining, we should have had some of our laundry out today too. Nice veggies, carrots are so good this time of year.
