View From My Porch: The flowers have been planted and are in full bloom. A cricket serenade can be heard from the front porch rockers and the hammock in the back. Arnold Palmer's flow freely (lemonade and ice tea mixed) all the day long. Soaking in the sunshine is food for the soul.

Photos: Hanging basket attached to front porch; Mountain views, Miss Holly (my dawg), Jake (my grandson).

Dear Mrs. Mac,
yes you certainly do have green thumbs!
Last year there was brown soil everywhere, now your garden is multicolored with a variety of green shades in the background.
Even a thick green lawn for Miss Holly! Not to tell how beautiful Jake is having the best of all beautiful worlds on his Grandmom's porch.
Guess you haven't counted your own labor hours. A good thing they are free from tax!
Enjoy, enjoy, while the summer is still here.
Best wishes from Felisol

Hey Mrs. Mac...Your flowers ARE beautiful!

That Dawg is nothing but a fat-so now. What have you been feeding her?

Of course what more can I add about how gorgeous that little babe is!!
You are a rich lady Mrs.Mac!
You know that baby looks just like a pretty lady I know. Her name is Mrs. Mac!!!...Love Terry

Hey, now, now Miss Terry ... no name calling my dawg ... fatso ... she barely weighs 50 lbs. My last Golden retriever ... now she was a fatty ... weighing in at 97 lbs ;) ... Miss Holly is lean and sleek ... maybe it's just the picture ... you know how they make a person (dawg too) look 10 lbs heavier???

That baby is de-licious! He's still a bit wobbly on his feet ... but he's a go getter ... always tearing his Grandma's house apart! But I LOVE it!
