I'm going to redirect this blog (once again :) to include homemaking skills along with gardening projects/ideas. In the meantime, there is a lovely blog in my sidebar called "Down To Earth" where you can find so many helpful home and garden ideas.
Yes, her blog is full of great thoughts on how to live life to the fullest and in easier ways.(thanks for passing the link along!) Its easy to bash myself when the day is over and I didn't accomplish all I'd wanted or needed to. I liked it where she said, don't ever aim for perfection, just enjoy your routine and be consistent. I had a precious elderly friend who often quoted, 'Oh consistency, thou art a jewel!' I need to downsize things here too...I know there are enough hours in the day to do all I wish too. Remember grade school and high sch.? We went thru all those textbooks in one year with ease....one class period at a time. Hey, maybe I should have hubby install a large bell that rings every 50 minutes so I can change classes....lol. It May work...I'm one that has trouble switching 'gears'.
