After Months Of ....
glitches with my Windows 8 using IE and Firefox, I switched to Google Chrome .. and it's working great. Prior to the switch my browser would stall and stammer for a bit. Has anyone else had such a problem? What browser do you use?

Yeah, firefox was eating up memory/RAM (I think that's what it is). chrome seems to use less, at least when I look in task manager.
BTW, what is a "Texas cake" you mention in your last post? Born, raised, left and now back from Texas, but not sure I know what that is. :)
Hi mamarachel .. Texas sheet cake is a thin batter chocolate cake baked in a shallow sided sheet pan .. and while it's still very warm out of the oven you pour hot chocolate icing over the whole thing. It's very moist and has a great flavor. Here's a recipe .. only thing I changed ~ added 1 ts of instant espresso to the cake batter and made 1-1/2 recipe of the icing. Try it for your next family get together.
